What was I thinking coming to this ridiculous place?!? They are run like a small shop. They should just stick to RE. - Vice President Brookfield Employee Review

Where do I begin?!? They are a Real Estate owner/operator/manager that decided to get into the private fund business. Not sure how they were able to amass the amount of AUM they currently oversee, but they are truly run like a small shop. I have seen leaner and smaller shops run and managed better than Brookfield. If you like long hours, little recognition, being isolated and dealing with a lot of personalities, then this is the place for you.
