Pros
Good exposure to many accounting scenarios and getting your feet wet
Cons
No internal movement, even if there are postings they don't poach from each other, so you will have to stay where you are or get promoted high enough in senior management to make your own way. Everyone in management are men, except HR...they poach extensively from Deloitte and PwC...everyone else takes a back seat
