Pros
The parent company BAM is excellent. If possible, apply directly to them. They have a great reputation and they treat their employees well.
Cons
BIM is the red-headed step-child of the BAM umbrella. Most NY BIM businesses were shuttered or sold off in 2014 and there is tension between Chicago headquarters and the NY office.
