Your comment about the zoo not being diverse is inaccurate. As of our last quarterly report, people of color represented 43% of the entire workforce. 63% of the workforce are females. We highly value diversity as a source of organizational strength as it contributes directly to our organizational effectiveness and success in all areas. We have ongoing programs for vendor diversity, audience diversity, and workforce diversity. Diversity is one of our organization's core values. Diversity of all types, including gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, ethnic diversity and more, are represented at all levels of our organization. We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where all employees can flourish and reach their full potential.
