Best part time I have ever had UNTIL SSA - Retail Associate Brookfield Zoo Chicago Employee Review

Working outside is the worst part in the summer AND winter. The customers hit you in waves. You are either sweating in a hot polo or freezing in the winter. The SSA company took over retail and food. The transition was incredibly bad. It was cool to see the upgrades at the zoo but there were a lot of unnecessary things that they changed. They also fired a lot of the staff. That is what happens when you involve a for-profit company.
