Pros
Well structured organization, cutting edge science, updating the infrastructure, on site bank, gym, pool, recreation.
Cons
Salary increases have been terrible for the last 5 years (2 years zero increase), many buildings are very old and should be knocked down, due to low salary increases there is low morale among the majority of employees and benefits are continually being reduced or cut, the employee recreation activities are being cut as the Lab is too concerned about liability.
