Pros

No pros as despite the fact if you don't have any personal life just join this company

Cons

* very very bad work life balance you even have to work for 12 hours a day * No more work from home , after new policy all the new joinees have to stay in mumbai only and interesting part is that you even can't go to office also without founder's approval and your laptop's ip is also getting tracked you can't even stay in navi mumbai * Management just treats you like servants * Unlimited leave policy is totally a scam going on there * Promotions are very slow * After putting your whole day just for work , its there bare minimum work for them * Poor management * Top leadership doesn't care about employees they just care about their own profits * Compensation is on lower side as compared to previous employees at the same level

Pros

None that I can think of. Maybe a couple decent/sticky products

Cons

Onboarding is 99% product and training reps to be Sales Engineers. Almost not focus on sales strategy. US sales team is treated like temp sub-contractors. No senior leadership or true support for US team. No sense of direction. Horrible communication. Everything that helps make a sales org go is run out of India. A customer could be begging to buy software and it can takes to get them a quote.
