Pros
Good learning + good teams. You’ll never have to chase people for a response unlike some other orgs. Overall good culture. Remote is nice. Might not last forever though. Company overall is a good place to work if you’re early career or even have kids.
Cons
You will be overworked - they promote some idea called work life integration (as opposed to work life balance). You’re supposed to do your work - whatever it takes. People start working at 7 am; take a small break, work from 10 - 8, and then go on late night calls. You’re expected to essentially be always available. Since it’s remote. Some of the directors and long term employees (7-10 years) are incompetent. They have the ear of leadership so nobody can question them. Promotions are slow and a grind.
