They double up as great mentors who have an open door and are willing to help. - Great set of peers who can help one level up. Knowledge sharing and idea-sharing are encouraged. - Good product, with good product-market fit and a large customer base. Opens up the opportunity to focus on value creation via marketing rather than 'swiss-cheese storytelling'.

      - Remote working introduces unnecessary friction for cross-functional roles, initial ramp-up is especially difficult.

      None that I can think of. Maybe a couple decent/sticky products

      Cons

      Onboarding is 99% product and training reps to be Sales Engineers. Almost not focus on sales strategy. US sales team is treated like temp sub-contractors. No senior leadership or true support for US team. No sense of direction. Horrible communication. Everything that helps make a sales org go is run out of India. A customer could be begging to buy software and it can takes to get them a quote.
