Pros

1. Testing software infrastructure leader so a great place if you wish to work with a leader of a particular industry. 2. Permanent Work from Home.

Cons

1. Zero process in place, in my last 18 months I've worked with 9 different managers. 2. MICROMANAGEMENT at every level. 3. HR is not strong here so you may struggle with raising your voice. 4. I won't take name but Managers have traumatised a few folks who left organisation as She got angry just because a person was not able to reach the target and stated " you are not meant for a job" where in she never coached anyone, nor she helped anyone understand the processes. 5. Job role of BDR requires you to work for AEs not with AEs and if u looking to earn good incentives then pleabut don't consider BrowserStack since a BDR will only get incentive if they close won a certain figure which is not in there control but AEs take that call. 6. All established management has been fired/left and the current senior manages are interviewing in different orgs and 24-30% attretion is expected.

Pros

None that I can think of. Maybe a couple decent/sticky products

Cons

Onboarding is 99% product and training reps to be Sales Engineers. Almost not focus on sales strategy. US sales team is treated like temp sub-contractors. No senior leadership or true support for US team. No sense of direction. Horrible communication. Everything that helps make a sales org go is run out of India. A customer could be begging to buy software and it can takes to get them a quote.
