The stack was outdated when the company was created and has no plans to upgrade or replace it. That's not the main issue when it comes to the stack, it's that most of the codebase is an undocumented mess with prime examples of code smell everywhere.
Honestly, for anyone straight out of college looking here I would avoid it, you'll just learn a bunch of bad practices.
Bureaucracy
It takes so long to get approval for anything, everything has to go up for approval being passed around by managers for weeks or months to get no response on it.
Work-Life Balance
The company seems to take advantage of more agreeable people on teams, I routinely saw people working from 9am to 9pm.
Remember "Unlimited Time Off" is a trick, hoping you don't take your holidays.
