Pros

Hybrid working mode that does not require daily travelling.

Cons

The management style was heavily micromanaging, with inconsistent and frequently changing instructions, often due to a lack of continuity in remembering what had already been communicated. This resulted in chaotic processes, unclear expectations, and constant rework. Meetings were scheduled or rescheduled last minite without consideration for team members in different time zones, reflecting poor planning and lack of respect for employees’ time. Interactions with management were often rude or dismissive, contributing to a toxic, high-stress environment. Not a place I would recommend for folks looking for growth given that retrenchment happens every so often.

Pros

A company that has strong ambitions of growth to become number 1 in the 3D tech space globally. Currently a leader in different regions, but the size of the addressable market remains large and full of opportunities. The management understands the importance of sales talents, coaching and enablement. A great place to work for sales persons who want to grow, learn, and earn a good living.

Cons

Restructuring in 2024, leading to several changes at management and operational levels - causing loss of time in certain areas. The competition is strong, so speed and agility is everything in this space.

Pros

Many people here are passionate, smart, and collaborative — and the technology has real potential to move the industry forward. Unfortunately, the leadership culture deeply undermines these positives.

Cons

The company has gone through multiple layoffs, and instead of resetting expectations or bringing in additional support, remaining team members are expected to absorb responsibilities with no clear communication, planning, or acknowledgment. The result is burnout and pressure that feels unsustainable. Leadership style is generally top-down, dismissive of feedback, and often disrespectful in tone. Rather than fostering trust and empowerment, criticism and micromanagement are common. In some cases, leaders openly make inappropriate or belittling comments, with no accountability. This environment creates fear instead of psychological safety, and many strong employees have left because of it.
