I'm still trying to figure that out, couldn't see any at that time.
Cons
No management on site, all management worked from home while the employees worked on site. No confidentiality with your manager. I called my manager with an issue and found out another manager was on the other end listening to our conversation. They let it be known where there by making noise. Toxic on site work environment. Management has an age issue and let it be known.
