It used to be about the team and and maintaining a great associate experience who would then give a great guest experience. I used to feel valued and that my tenure and knowledge was important. Lately I just felt taken advantage of. They just wanted me to do everything without even being asked and without any acknowledgement. And when something wasn't done it was my fault. When I had an issue I wanted to discuss/fix it wa of no importance to any upper management. Basically just told me we will sit and discuss and then ignored me hoping it would go away.
