      Pros

      Management is good and you can tell they really care about clients and employees.

      Cons

      Benefits are iffy. Vacation days and sick days are essentially combined for a total of 10. Health benefits are $150/month toward an insurance of your choice. Caseload can become overbearing and management will most likely ignore any complaints about being overwhelmed which will lead to burnout.

      Work life balance, the positive environment, wonderful staff dedicated to helping the clients progress in their skill sets, open communication with all team members, time off, Fun team building opportunities and events

      Pros

      Fulfiling, fun, AMAZING CULTURE and Leadership. Something different everyday, they care abt you it seems, able to pursue being a bcba, you will get paid even if client doesn’t show up.

      Cons

      Completely disregarded benefits for employees, small amt of time for a lunch break, burn out is inevitable in this field, pay is ehhh since you’re not getting 40hrs a week, attendance policy is strict
