      Such a positive work community! Something they do really great at Building Blocks Therapy is give both positive and negative feedback to their workers. So you will know if you are doing something right or wrong. You can tell all the co-workers really do care about one another and their success in the growing field of ABA. In addition to the positive co-workers relationships, the bonds that you get to create with the clients you work with are wonderful and make coming into work everyday worthwhile!

      Cons

      Not a con at all but the bumpy days really do make an impact on both your success at the job and the clients success.

      Pros

      Fulfiling, fun, AMAZING CULTURE and Leadership. Something different everyday, they care abt you it seems, able to pursue being a bcba, you will get paid even if client doesn’t show up.

      Cons

      Completely disregarded benefits for employees, small amt of time for a lunch break, burn out is inevitable in this field, pay is ehhh since you’re not getting 40hrs a week, attendance policy is strict
