Pros

They have an OK worklife balance. I enjoy the work and helping secure business by talking to customers.

Cons

They benefits are really weak. You pay too much for medical and all the other crap they throw at you. The management is uneducated. They let them move up from within the organization, but fail to give them the training to run things the right way. Like, how to do things with a cost-affective approach. They are slowly bleeding the company dry. Office politics are played pretty heavy here. they would rather have idiots running things because they don't want people around them that can do the job better and make them look bad. Pay is below average for the kind of work you do. I think that is why Bunzl does not require college for management to also.

Pros

Overall, the company is a large family, at least in the St Louis IT team. Was very happy there, but was lured away by money. If given the chance, I would return in a heartbeat. The team was amazing and the culture was supportive. I should have never left.

Cons

Some of the tech is s little behind. They are working to improve and become current, but a large company takes time.

Pros

It's an easy Job the system they use its relatively easy to understand and perform your job.

Cons

Where should I start from the I worked on the night shift for about a week and realized this job wasn't for me from working 16 to 18-hour days for reasons unknown the as400 system goes down at 0400 in the morning yes you are still working at this time the processes that are put in place makes zero sense from employees working from 5pmto 5am or sometimes 5pm to 9am in the morning truly makes no sense if you are into staying late, I don’t have a life or you don’t cherish the quality of your life. This place is definitely for you, but it's one of the worst jobs I’ve ever tried. It only took me one week to realize I wasn’t gonna be there anymore or coming back. One thing that offended me was how callous and nonchalant they are about you working 16 to 18 hours as a supervisor. I was dumbfounded, as if it were a normal occurrence. I don’t care how much money they’re paying me. I am not working consistently; 16 to 20, or 18, hour days are truly ridiculous. It is a revolving door. They are not gonna have supervisors. Stay there for a long period of time, the worst job ever.
