Pros
The only pro is that you get paid weekly and because they don't have reliable staff, if you're committed you can get a lot of hours.
Cons
I worked there for about 3 months and just about everyday there was a new hire, mostly teenagers who were always late and did not want to work. The day I went to interview they hired me on the spot and I ended up working a full 8 hour shift. My training was left up to another cashier who was not happy about it. That same cashier ending up being fired along with two others who stole about $40,000 worth of merchandise. The managers are not helpful at all and they don't have many reliable employees. Many times I would work the check out area alone for the first two hours of the store being open and servicing about 20 people with no help from management. And if they did help they would check out 1 or 2 people and then leave claiming that they were trying to find somebody to come in and help. The store is always a mess as the customers who shop there allow there kids to run around unsupervised and they leave items all over the store. Overall, the amount of work they expect you to do is not enough for the what they are paying and management is unhelpful.
