The company offer unlimited paid time off. That's probably won't be available in the next few years.

Cons

Depending on the department, training may be provided, but it is not a guarantee. Employees are often expected to take on daily responsibilities without thorough training. Moreover, communication between management and staffs are inadequate. Salary increases and opportunities for advancement are not available for people of color. In contrast to Whites and Hispanics employees may have greater access to opportunities for growth and career progression.

Pros

As a recent hire to Buyers Edge Platform, I am impressed with the level of warm and welcoming team members accross the organization. Part of my role is collaborating with different departments, levels, and teams - so far I have loved every minute. I also think that they do a great job of explaining the company structure which is some what complex but during orientation they break it down so well. The organization is dynamic, growing, and looking for ways to enhance itself - so there is a huge opportunity to come in and create impact. Overall excited to be here and looking forward to what comes next.
