Hybrid, good foundation for people wanting to work in a corporate environment.
Cons
I used to love this job until I hit a wall with the company. Too many changes, layoffs, and the ops team is not a priority to this company. Listen to your employees. Empower people with choices, flexibility, and stop going through rapid changes. If you want CHR to succeed, do the aforementioned. People are burned out and lost trust in CHR. Excellent tenure/employees are being turned off, I would not be surprised if they leave. This company also underpays their employees. Growth opportunities are limited.
