Pros
Depending on which department you work in, this is a fairly stress free environment with great people to work with. If you work hard and prove your worth, then they will regard you kindly.
Cons
Yes the bosses are abrupt and can come off as rude, but if you get to know them, then you will see that they are nice people to work with. There is yelling that goes on in certain departments and it's not completely professional when it comes to certain conversations.
This is a family owned business, so it is a small company with the family running it. It makes it harder to ask for raises because if feels like you're asking your friends for a raise. The people who say that they never received a raise has probably never asked for one. I will say that they are stingy with their money, another con of the family vibe. But if you work hard and prove your worth, they will give you bonuses and/or raises, they just might fight you a little.
