The hierarchy is mind boggling. Non degreed folks who can barely turn on a computer are are senior managers. Corporate VP responsible for losing a massive contract resulting in massive job losses, remains employed while everyone else is kicked out the door. Snake in the grass HR corporate guy in collaboration with Legal & aforementioned responsible VP rewrites severance pay policy to prevent said employees from qualifying for severance pay. The irony quite simply is that (for the most part) is that all those responsible for displacing many employees are remaining with the company.
