Pros
People are great, more hands on training than I have ever received, managers are experienced, professional, personable, results driven and really care about us. Lots of fellow military veterans on our staff, that includes lots of the technicians that I met, several of our assistant managers, one of the maintenance managers and the senior maintenance manager too, haircut and all lol! I am so proud to be on this team! And, something else, we were briefed by the boss on our evaluation system, the things we are rated against and expectations, nothing I've seen before in other employment.
Cons
None, and I've been with the company long enough to see the writing on the wall. We are only going to grow and get better once the Amazon building opens in North Randall.
