      Pros

      You had a certain amount of hours to be done with your daily chores but the pace was up to you. Most of the time you had a work partner so you both were able to get done in a timely fashion but i think we were overworked.

      Cons

      Disrespectful and talk to people like garbage. I cleaned and they was not happy. accused me of leaving garbage on cart. they didn't care if it was cold or hot. they didn't care if it rained or not.

      Pros

      paychecks always there. Lots of training through Amazon, Certifications taken care of, Almost always had the correct tools for the job. if not they got you them when requested

      Cons

      Managers generally did pretty good, but we would go through them like every 6 months then get one for a while so that was not very consistant. had problems with my manager doing something about coworker and safety issues but they never happened when management was in the building
