Pros

work from home flexibility, benefits on day one

Cons

You will be micromanaged and treated like a child, forget advancing in your career, the lead made sure that no one had access to anyone but her. You'll be stuck in the same role for years and you won't even get fair raises when you exceed in your review due to "budget" but higher ups spend money "entertaining". HR is a joke, can't be trusted, all they do is gossip and talk about people behind their back. Nothing is confidential.

Pros

paychecks always there. Lots of training through Amazon, Certifications taken care of, Almost always had the correct tools for the job. if not they got you them when requested

Cons

Managers generally did pretty good, but we would go through them like every 6 months then get one for a while so that was not very consistant. had problems with my manager doing something about coworker and safety issues but they never happened when management was in the building
