Love working for a large client; Operations Team and Senior Ops Leaders are amazing

Cons

HR Leadership does NOT walk the talk. Not transparent; not supportive; spreads rumors and treats subordinates as children versus professionals; many in HR do not get reviews, feedback or have 1:1 with leaders; the wrong HR employees and leaders get even further promoted ; lack of integrity; HR leadership is NOT credible

Pros

paychecks always there. Lots of training through Amazon, Certifications taken care of, Almost always had the correct tools for the job. if not they got you them when requested

Cons

Managers generally did pretty good, but we would go through them like every 6 months then get one for a while so that was not very consistant. had problems with my manager doing something about coworker and safety issues but they never happened when management was in the building
