Pros
They pay quite well initially to make up for the lack of cool-factor, so negotiate hard as they get very cheap quickly and management is rated on how cost-efficient they can be (ie. keeping bonus pay down to a minimum, cutting jobs to make the analysts happy, etc). Certain parts of the company are able to hack their way into doing compelling stuff
Cons
Stay away from marketing in general. There's absolutely nothing ground-breaking happening there. In fact from the CMO on down they micro-manage even their top agencies to just execute based on what their preferences are. Why pay that kind of money to an agency or employee to just do what they're told? It's ego. v
