Management sets unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Workers go over and beyond to meet those expectations only to be rewarded with their head served on a chopping block. Moral is very low and they act shocked that this is reflected in the employee surveys. They set meetings to "address it" but how can anyone thrive in an environment of constant fear of loosing your job even after you have been loyal and put in more than your fair share of OT. Yes CA it is in your DNA...layoffs!
