Great people, but job security is an issue - Senior Instructional Designer CA Technologies Employee Review

I've witnessed 8 large layoffs in 10 years. Current executive leaders are doing a good job steering the company, but don't seem to care much about the employees. Very minimal opportunities for advancement. Company is going Agile, even those departments that have nothing to do with development, so you'd better be drinking that kool-aid.
