Pros
The benefits plans are good but HR is not. Generally flexible and trusting work environment. Enthusiasm for growth, speed, diligence, intelligence, ideas, and determination. Younger workforce is motivating - we are in tech after all! If you have the guts to put your neck out on the line and you win, you can big win.
Cons
Constant paranoia about layoffs. Turnover. Middle management inadequacies. There is something sadly lacking that I can't put my finger on...even after 7 years. Some sort of resistance against progress which is rather depressing. What is it?? Other times CA really knows how to play and plays hard. The latest attempt to rebrand is pretty strong and I feel the future could be bright if all players put egos aside and learn to play together for the greater good.
