Pros
CA is a best company as it has almost latest technologies and have the options of internal mobility where we can choose our own technology jump with the Peer's approval and business requirement. In many situations I regret that I have left CA. Being upgraded my technical capabilities I'm waiting for a suitable period for the re-entry in a better designation than before.
Cons
Multiple manager/peer changes within an appraisal cycle which makes it difficult to evaluate the real capability of the individual which should be taken care by the higher management. Rest all fine to go.
