Pros
The people who work for CA are wonderful; management and other employees are committed to helping people to achieve a good work/life balance and most managers are flexible and understanding in the face of family issues; many (although not all) managers treat employees with respect, fairness, and confidence, provide opportunities to shine, and recognize those who excel.
Cons
Benefits are gradually being eroded; some cost-cutting decisions don't seem well thought out; internal politics often rule management decisions; some positions have limited career paths associated with them.
