Pros
Big company with some stability and ok benefits - to advance you have to know the right people and use your elbows
Cons
Poor management, extremely poor culture and constant changes. I left CA in 2012, during my time there I had 2-4 managers per year. The culture is built into the walls, the HR group is a joke. Unless you love server software - there are much better companies out there
