As a salesperson, it's annoying to have your world 'C'hange 'A'lways - every April when the new fiscal year starts, you'd have new accounts, new focus, etc. The local sales management team is a boys club that smacks of a high school popularity contest. There is little team cohesiveness and longevity among sales reps and management alike. In my 5+ years there, I had 7 managers. It's exhausting continually trying to 'prove' yourself once again, but alas, that's sales.
