Pros
Fun smart people to work with and very casual dress in the Petaluma office
Cons
CA is outsourcing to India and China. Letting people go some of whom have been with the company for as long as 16 years. The Clarity product which has been a key winner for CA is robust but complicated, and they're gutting needed talent. Those remaining see no job security so are also jumping ship. The product takes a long time to learn, so good luck retaining talent in India long enough to gain expertise when they have no good reason to stay with one company over another.
