Pros
Good exposure to latest technology. The company provides on site day care at most big office locations. Currently the company seems to be growing at a decent rate and the employee morale is getting better. Most managers are understandign and help employees balance a decent work life balance. They also are open to letting employees work from in case of emergency.
Cons
The company vision not shared by employees. The middle management is more technology oriented and not greared towards better leadership. Stock options not given to all employees but only to select employees. There should be better training and awards for excellece in performance. The compensation package is lower than the rest of the industry for similar jobs. There is no centralized method of promoting talent from within the company so as to clearly define career paths. The managers should be responsible to boost employee morale.
