Pros
CA offers a very competitive compensation package for some positions, and a very large product portfolio. Some managers provide effective feedback to their employees and recognize the top performers.
Cons
There is a lot of turnover, employee morale is low, and management is not flexible. Employees, however are expected to be very flexible. The very strict policies and procedures seem to be the result of previous problems. The employee training system is terrible, the worst I've seen. It is extremely difficult to get internal information. HR is outsourced and seem very cold and impersonal.
