Pros
Some good reasons for working at Cobalt: Ping pong, 15 minute smoke breaks, 8 hour days, ice cream vending machine, the option to drink alcohol every Friday at 3:30.. although it gets hot and stinky in the room cause it's pretty much like5 people per square foot.
Cons
Some downsides to working at Cobalt: There is not too much in the way of communication between managers and subordinates, at least from where I sat. Pay was not quite up to par with industry averages, and a lot of cutting corners when it comes to new hires. Saving money seems to be the big thing when the market is down... good for short term maybe, bad for long term.
