Congratulations! CDK is one of the distinguished group of "the worst-rated companies on Glassdoor". That's not easy to achieve.
Cons
It has all been said. What a miserable culture this company has created for itself. You know why there are 5-star reviews? Because the VPs and Directors are still there. And they make twice, 3x the money we poor suckers who are left to do the work make. They're still getting bonuses for keeping their chairs extra-warm, and every once in a while they get to decide which one of us earns too much to keep sustaining them, and needs to go.
