Pros
Flexibility to work from home and take off when needed.
Cons
Have you seen they made the list of "worst companies to work for"? Number 16 says it all. And, two executives also ran the number 13 company on the list. Coincidence? No leadership, vision, direction, strategy, follow-through All the employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off to accomplish small, meaningless tasks that add no value to the company or the bottomline Recent product launches have failed Customers are disgruntled Employees are not engaged. Benefits have been declining for years. Frequent layoffs. Lack of stability. All the good employees are leaving. No promotions or career paths...employees take on more work with no pay increase. Culture is non-existent. Moral is low. People are down right mean. There's tons of bullying and harassment.
