Pros

There USED to be so many. USED to be competitive benefits. USED to be annual bonuses. USED to be decent HR, USED to be exec management that cared about employees and clients...I could go on and on.

Cons

Single focus now. Make money for execs and shareholders...No one and nothing else matters. Not clients. Not products. Certainly not employees. CEO sends out email telling employees to stop complaining and stay off Glassdoor. Instead, air your concerns via a supposedly "anonymous" survey sent to your personal email box with a unique tracking link. Constant layoffs of hard working folks in the U.S. Sending any remaining jobs to India to save a buck. Great people in India, but they don't understand the expectations of the North American market and our clients. Everything coming back from India has to be fixed/reworked by people who are already doing the jobs of three people. DO NOT BELIEVE the "featured" reviews that are PAID for by CDK and are from execs making large fortunes and millions of dollars in bonuses. It's easy to be happy when you're at the very top, screwing the other 9000 employees to pat your personal bottom line. If you like being stripped of money and benefits so the fattest cats can get a little fatter, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits (if that outweighs a toxic culture for you. My time at CDK has shown me what good leadership does NOT look like.

Cons

Leadership and management culture were the biggest issues. Poor managers are protected and good employees are left carrying the consequences. There is a strong culture of micromanagement, shifting expectations, and documentation over development. Honest feedback wasn't valued and accountability seemed to stop at management. Over time I watched team morale suffer, trust disappearing, and fellow talented employees leaving in sake of their sanity.
