Pros
CDK was once a great company to work for when they were a division of ADP.
Cons
Constant layoffs are burdensome. They cut staff but expect the same level of output from the remaining few. So either your left without a paycheck or with twice the work. Complete lack of long term vision. Executive management appears to have no idea what the core business is or how to make money from it. Every 6 months there is another re-org that changes nothing but creates disruption. This is always done in the name of efficiency which is a farce. One look at the company numbers tells you everything you need to know about their execution. All the layoffs, executive shuffles and Zero Based budgeting rounds have produced nothing. They fail to execute time and time again. When they fail, they blame the staff and perform another round of layoffs. The executive team lacks the integrity to at least have a real person notify an employee of being laid off. Some employees were notified via a pre-recorded video, others were notified on a video conference call. When the executive team lacks the vision to take a company forward it should at least be there for those employees losing their job because of their failure.
