Pros
- Great coworkers - open, easy-going environment - decent work/life balance - first year or so as a CTA is tough, but if you have the brains for it and are able to hit a stride, it can be a genuinely rewarding and engaging job, despite many gripes and obstacles
Cons
- massive instability, layoffs every year, working with the feeling you can be let go any moment for no great reason. upper management clearly has no regard for morale, as it was already in the toilet even before the most recent round of layoffs last month - i could go on but, honestly, just read all the other negative reviews on here. it's all true. and be wary of the glowing 4 and 5 star ones that have shown up recently. they're well aware of how they're perceived on here and are not above making phony reviews to try and offset their awful ratings. I can't imagine that anyone with half a brain is honestly feeling great about this place right now.
