Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are at an all time low. Constant layoffs that seem based off of salary not performance. No one feels safe and walks in everyday wondering if it’s the last. Really good on morale. Since the new CEO we’ve lost vacation rollover, reduced mileage compensation, horrible insurance, changed from American Express that helped build points, no credit for internet and cell phones and many more. Bonuses where cut in half even though the company increased in revenue and sales. No increases for employees with the huge tax breaks. This company is ran with sole purpose of making shareholders a lot of money even though the inside is rotting and will come crashing down.
