Awesome office infrastructure except desk space . It has good qualities of a product base company. You will learn a lot in some of the products. Friendly employees and managers. You will good interaction with onsite managers and onsite team.
Cons
As usual there are some big maintainence projects but if team is good you are safe otherwise you need to work hard a lot. No outings at all. Not many onsite opprtunties OK hike and perks, but all are given on time. Bonus is one year which is a long time As teams are working in agile model still there are few employees are in old attitude And making politics in the team. They want to be true leader in auto industry domain but need a good direction from product owners which helps team in integration of online and current and new products and achieve their sales goals. Interview process will be bit complex be prepared. Reviews are done twice in a year. Salaries need to be best in industry to get right people for building world class online products.
