Pros

Good product base company Nice work life balance Follows agile Cutting ede technologies in some of the products Both offshore and onsite managers understands us but we need to be fair with them on what we need. Awesome office infrastructure except desk space . It has good qualities of a product base company. You will learn a lot in some of the products. Friendly employees and managers. You will good interaction with onsite managers and onsite team.

Cons

As usual there are some big maintainence projects but if team is good you are safe otherwise you need to work hard a lot. No outings at all. Not many onsite opprtunties OK hike and perks, but all are given on time. Bonus is one year which is a long time As teams are working in agile model still there are few employees are in old attitude And making politics in the team. They want to be true leader in auto industry domain but need a good direction from product owners which helps team in integration of online and current and new products and achieve their sales goals. Interview process will be bit complex be prepared. Reviews are done twice in a year. Salaries need to be best in industry to get right people for building world class online products.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits (if that outweighs a toxic culture for you. My time at CDK has shown me what good leadership does NOT look like.

Cons

Leadership and management culture were the biggest issues. Poor managers are protected and good employees are left carrying the consequences. There is a strong culture of micromanagement, shifting expectations, and documentation over development. Honest feedback wasn't valued and accountability seemed to stop at management. Over time I watched team morale suffer, trust disappearing, and fellow talented employees leaving in sake of their sanity.
