After the spin off from ADP Inc., CDK Global International (headquartered in the UK) has became a very exciting environment with an impressive acceleration on almost all processes and departments. A new cultural identity for a 40 years business, worldwide leader in their niche market. People management processes progressing well, in particular on the recruitment and L&D side.
Cons
Technical learning curve can be high, because of the specifics of the target market. Not the best payer on the market, perhaps.
