Pros
You will get exposure to a wide variety of projects and clients across various industries. Your knowledge base will vastly increase through working with bright and motivated peers and superiors. CFGI has a nice client base and assignments are always interesting. There is no red tape and having to deal with petty bottleneck-creating minutiae like at the Big 4. The pay is very good and work-life balance is excellent. The culture of the firm is that of inclusiveness and open door policy. Upper management and partners are very approachable. It is a pleasant work environment and you always get the autonomy you need to perform your job successfully. Marc Roberts, the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition does a phenomenal job at being the face of CFGI and bringing great talent to the firm. He is a class act. For me, Marc was my first contact at CFGI and the great impression he made definitely inspired me to come on board. I know many others feel the same way after speaking with him and the role definitely lived up to my expectations. So from start to finish, CFGI is a great firm all around!
Cons
