Great transition for my career - the positive stories I heard prior to working here from existing CFGI employees have worked out to be spot on and are resonating for me now that I'm with CFGI myself. - Moving out of audit has been life changing - The nature of the work I'm involved in is exhilarating - I'm surrounded by super smart people(I'm reunited with many of my former friends in big 4) - I'm exposed to a variety of different projects within a client base of attractive companies - My skill set is diversified - There is a special level of excitement about real expansion and real growth Most importantly you have a voice here! Highly recommended to at least have a conversation with the team here if your contemplating your next career move from a Big 4 firm. I made the right move at a time where I had many options. The decision to work for CFGI has been a win for both my current and future career goals.
Cons
Initially the difference in feel from big 4 is a shock as it is very different, but the adjustment is a great one for your work/life balance.
