Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee CFGI Employee Review

Typical cut throat Corporate PE. Rushed through hiring process. Which seemed great at the time but in hindsight, should have raised red flags. Senior Managers were unprofessional and aggressive within first 90 days of employment. Scheduling unauthorized performance reviews based on subjective biases and not consistent with any established performance metrics (of which the company has none). Intimidated with career retribution and derogatory language when they were challenged.
