Pros
- The Business Transformation (BT) group prides itself as the "future of consulting" because they take a different approach than the large management consulting firms. BT prides itself on working with clients hand-in-hand which enables team members to embed themselves within roles to become integral pieces to the solution. This has enabled me to be a part of some interesting projects and be a part of the team. For example, I was on one FP&A project where I business-partnered and worked closely with five C-Level executives at a large tech company. - The team members within BT are very friendly and great to work with. The team prides itself on a servant leadership model, and all of the partners are very approachable and have an open door policy. - The BT group provides a more entrepenurial working environment because the group in relatively new. This gives employees the power to innovate an improve the practice. The BT team places individuals on offering or internal product development teams to help improve the practice.
Cons
- The compensation, bonus, and benefits could be improved and the bonus expectations could be more clear.
